Harry
Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician. He was part of One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools, created a band named White Eskimo along with three other students. Their outstanding performances allowed them to beat their first Battle of Bands 2009. While he's always fascinated by music, he was also hoping to be an attorney or physical therapist. In order to support his family, he spent an hour or so working at a baker's shop. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's hit song Is not She Lovely. This was the reason that the group split. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles would be a part of the band to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in 2010. The band performed songs like My Life Would Suffer Without You from Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. The group was one of the contenders for the award. They were in third place just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and won. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds with One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
