Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe was raised by an ethnically diverse family. Her father is Nigerian-Swiss as is her mom who's English. Her family was raised in an estate in South London community estate, and at the age of 14she enrolled in The Brit School. At the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art was where she received the BA in acting. She was on stage in several productions as a student like the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career with the film Storm Damage. She has since made appearances on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's film debut was in Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), alongside Colin Farrell. After this success, Madekwe appeared as Elisha on The BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and appeared for six seasons Trexx as well as Flipside. Also, the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl featured her in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe was a star in the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe first aired in the US in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama program was telecast in the US on The CW for only two episodes, before it was removed from the air. Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into an extended family of. She was raised by the parents Roy and Patty together with four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley grew in arenas or baseball fields because her brothers, who were all athletic, played baseball, hockey, and basketball in spring and summer. Ashley did not have the ability to walk but she was able to dance. When she turned two-and-a-half she began Baby Ballet and fell in the love. Ashley discovered her love for dancing at the age of. After graduating from high school, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics musical theatre, lyrical, and hip-hop. Additionally, she was awarded the top awards for soloists in every major dance contests, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
